Rising Damp Project in Ashfield, our client recently purchased their dream home and after our site vist and report we offered two options to resolve rising damp.

We removed the skirting board & render,

Install expanding foam to fill all gaps.

Core 10mm hole every 200mm

Input packers

Injected seal boss 1570 into the cavity to create a damp proof barrier.

Applied 3 coats of WPA 100 negative membrane to the exposed brickwork.
