Parapet Walls

The Client engaged us through our supplier Bayset. The apartment complex required remediation throughout the parapet walls. We identified multiple crack and weathering throughout the roof from being beach side at the famous Bondi Beach.

Schedule of works:

​

Jet washing the parapets walls.

Grind all structural cracks.

Remove the existing mastic from the expansion joints 

Install Control joints every 4lm.

Epoxy paste all cracks.

WPA Hybrid mastic to the Expansion joints & Control joints.

Paint 4 Coats of Globalcote (Class II membrane) to the parapet walls.
