North Bondi 

Our Strata client had two major leaks from the Roof into two of the unit below. 

We found a previous installer failed to create the correct falls to the outlets, 

The sump pit(s) were not sealed correctly, which was a major contributor in the leak(s).  

Check out the process to stop the leaks and waterproof the entire roof.

Schedule of works:

Remove the existing failed membrane.

Install anti-pooling.

Clean and removed all waste from the substrate.

Prime the substrate.

Torch on 1st coat of Soprema 3.0S membrane.

Torch on 2nd coat of Soprema 4AR mineral.

Paint Alsan flashing throughout the Roof termination point.
