Upper North Shore - 93 Wet area

Our Client had a high failure rate in the wet areas and we were engaged to Waterproofing all wet areas

We use WPA system from our Supplier Bayset.

See below the Description of works; ITP was  approved by the certifier and client before any works were carried out.

Schedule of works:

Clean each area in preparation for waterproofing.                                        

Supply and install WPA MS Mastic throughout the new wet areas.                                        

Supply and install all necessary fillets throughout the new wet areas.                                        

Supply and install all angles  throughout the new wet areas.                                        

Supply and install One Coat WPA 560 Epoxy (Best for damp & concrete surfaces) Primer throughout the new wet areas.

Supply and install Two coats of WPA 500 membrane throughout the new wet area floors and upturn..                                   Supply and install Two coats of WPA 500 membrane to the walls throughout the new wet areas.                                         

After Screed is installed                                        

Clean each area in preparation for waterproofing.                                        

Supply and install One coat of WPA WPA 560 Epoxy (Best for damp & concrete surfaces) on top of screed throughout the new wet areas.                                         

Supply and install Two coats of WPA 500 acrylic membrane ton top of screed throughout the new wet areas.                          

Safely remove all building waste material from site.
